A day at the beach
to have some fun.
To play by the sea
and soak up some sun.
When suddenly
the weather did turn,
the clouds grew thick
and the waves did churn.
Sheets of rain
fell from the sky.
The wind blew hard,
then run did I.
My exit was not,
caused by the weathers threat.
I did not come
to the beach to get wet.
